We searched the Lowcountry for the best authentic BBQ pork & chicken and found something we think you're gonna like. This lean, tender meat is pit-cooked "low & slow" over Hickory smoke for 15 hours, then hand pulled & delivered to us fresh from a family-run Moncks Corner smokehouse.
At Pug's we keep the menu simple but satisfying. Order this fine smoked pork or chicken as a sandwich or plate. Then choose from classic sides like Mac N' Cheese, Loaded Potato Salad, & Bacon Baked Beans. We'll serve it up counterside with our sweet vinegar slaw & your choice of beverage.
The BBQ meat is served "naked" without sauce so you can taste the smoked-in flavor. Then sauce it up with our tangy gold, smoky red, or vinegar based sauces.
